CAMPAIGN RESULTS

As the Social Media Manager for the 41st anniversary of Arizona Matsuri, one of the largest Festivals of Japan in North America, I developed and executed a comprehensive 100% ORGANIC social media strategy focused strictly on content to drive engagement and boost attendance. I led the campaign from the ground up, creating a detailed content calendar and posting daily to maintain a consistent online presence and foster a strong community.
My role spanned pre-event, live-event, and post-event coverage. I generated excitement and buzz leading up to the event, provided real-time updates and coverage during the festival, oversaw coordination for three media interns, and ensured ongoing engagement after the event. I set new festival records for a second year by leveraging organic social media efforts.
