CAMPAIGN RESULTS
As the Social Media Manager for the 40th anniversary of Arizona Matsuri, the largest Festival of Japan in North America, I developed and executed a comprehensive social media strategy focused strictly on organic content to drive engagement and boost attendance. I led the campaign from the ground up, creating a detailed content calendar and posting daily to maintain a consistent online presence and foster a strong community.
My role spanned across pre-event, live-event, and post-event coverage. I generated excitement and buzz leading up to the event, provided real-time updates and coverage during the festival, and ensured ongoing engagement after the event. By leveraging organic social media efforts, I set new festival records and played a key role in increasing attendance to over 115,000 people.
